When and how will I be delivered?

Standard delivery service carried out by GLS (free above €100), delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery Monday to Friday during the day.

Please note

Our goal is to deliver within the timeframes mentioned above, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local carrier holidays.

  • We will not be able to change the delivery address of orders following confirmation of the order.
  • If no one is present at the delivery address indicated to receive the delivery of the products, the carrier will leave a calling card in your mailbox.
  • Title and risk of loss of your products will pass to you when you take possession of the products.
  • All products are shipped from Belgium.
Can I modify or cancel a current order?

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery address or cancel an order placed on our site.

Please contact us via the form, and we will see what we can do manually in the logistics flow to help you.

Which countries does Aube deliver to?

We only deliver within the European Community, to : Austria, Belgium, France, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Lithuania. Denmark, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Latvia.

Please note that shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery.

We do not deliver to : the United Kingdom, British Overseas Territories, the Channel Islands, Livigno, Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino, the Netherlands Overseas Territories, the French Overseas Territories, Ceuta & Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar, the Canary Islands, PO Boxes.

In order to meet our commitment to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or exchange an order that has been validated.

How to use a discount code?

A discount code is valid for a limited period of time. The order must be placed before 11:59 PM on the last day of validity. In most cases, it cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.


Please enter your discount code in your shopping cart. The discount will be applied directly and automatically.

Return and Exchange Policy

How much does it cost to return a product?

Returns from countries within the European Community are free of charge. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the product for a refund. This procedure only applies to products purchased online on the AUBE platform.

What should I pay attention to when returning a product?

Upon receipt of the return and after validation of the good condition of the item, AUBE will proceed to reimburse the amount of the item by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase (the delivery costs paid when ordering will not be reimbursed).

The returned product must not have been used and must be placed in its original packaging with its label.

AUBE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Think responsibly, at AUBE we encourage you to make the right choice the first time to avoid any return procedures and the impact on the environment.


To return an item purchased in-store, please contact the store where you made your purchase.


To exchange, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired product.

What procedure should I follow to return a product?

The procedure only concerns products purchased online on the AUBE platform.

Returns of items purchased online will not be accepted in stores and vice versa.

  1. Please use the Contact form on the website or send an email to contact@aube-collection.com.
  2. Mention your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will email you a return label (prepaid).
  4. Print the return label.
  5. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging or carton. Affix the return label, ensuring that the original label is fully covered.
  6. Depending on the country, GLS will either collect the package or you will have to drop it off at the nearest GLS collection point. We will let you know what applies to your case.
  7. Upon receipt of the returned products, they will be processed by our teams. After validation, the refund will then be made (the delivery costs paid when ordering will not be refunded).
  8. Please note that the return process until refund can take approximately 14 days.

When and how will I be reimbursed?

If your return meets all the conditions after inspection, we will refund your purchase amount (shipping fees paid at the time of order will not be refunded) within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase.

The guarantee

What warranty does Aube offer?

AUBE products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty from the date of purchase, provided they have been used under normal conditions and in accordance with their intended use. Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective.

The warranty covers products deemed 'defective' due to a manufacturing fault.

How do I return a defective product that I purchased directly from Aube?

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service at the following address: contact@aube-collection.com

Please attach proof of purchase and photos of your defective product to your message. If the defect is validated by our teams and the 2-year warranty period after the purchase date is respected, you can return the product. We will repair or exchange it. If the product is no longer in stock, we will refund you.

How do I return a defective product I purchased from a store?

If the item was purchased in-store, please contact the store where you made your purchase.

Product maintenance

How should I wash my product?

Clean the fabric with a soft, slightly damp cloth. You can use a little pH-neutral soap. Do not use any detergent. Do not machine wash your bag.

How should I dry my product?

Allow your product to air dry. Do not use a tumble dryer. Do not place your product near a radiator or in direct sunlight.
